Time Commitment: 6-20 hours/week

Duties:

We are seeking interns for the Adam Murray for Assembly campaign. Adam Murray is a young, progressive Democrat running for California's 44^th Assembly District. Interns will work directly with top campaign staff as well as candidate, and will participate in many aspects of the campaign including event planning, database management, voter file and contact management, scheduling, program implementation, and other exciting campaign tasks as they emerge. This is truly a great resume builder and unparalleled view into the world of campaigns and elections. Our office is located in Pasadena.

Desired Skills:

Applicants must have a strong interest in politics/public service with some knowledge of California politics. Additionally, candidates must be computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, internet and email. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and web design skills are a strong plus. General office skills (phone, fax, etc.) mandatory, as is a great attitude and strong work ethic.
